About the Role:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager to drive growth in the Sydney Metro + Regional Territory,
for a portfolio of Pharmacy accounts. Reporting to the National Pharmacy Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain outstanding relationships with all storeowners in your territory.
- Grow the client base, prospect and secure new business.
- Service accounts as per agreed Call Cycle
- Achieve all set company Budgets, ensure promotional strike rate is achieved
- Ensure effective management of sales activities and use of display promotions
- Secure best location in accounts to ensure maximum sell through
- Maintain point of sale materials, testers, merchandising material in all stores
- Respond to Customer Service requests in a timely manner
- Motivate & train pharmacy assistants & field store staff, on product knowledge & company information
- Negotiate & implement key account promotional programs and major customer opportunities
- Company reporting, brand performance, competitive information etc.
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills & experience:
- 3-5 years' field sales experience in pharmacy or FMCG - Beauty/Cosmetics/Personal Care
- Proven knowledge of customer relationship management: assessing customer needs, meeting customer expectations, and evaluating customer satisfaction
- Self-motivated, with a strong sales record and determination to achieve
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to work within a team.
- Flexible to travel within the state including regional travel.
