About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to showcase your excellent analytical skills to provide forecasting, analysis & post-promotional analysis support to the business.
Your creative interpreting skills and insightful recommendations give you the opportunity to provide input into the direction of future promotional campaigns & assist marketing to make informed decisions across all marketing functions, including new product development.
Reporting into the Merchandising Manager, your responsibilities include:
• Product Forecasting: Promotional, Brochure & Trade offers, Gift Packs, Preview Packs etc.
• Pricing and profitability for all promotional campaigns
• Sales gap analysis, contingency planning & implementation
• Monthly promotional campaign analysis & performance reporting
• Supporting the Merchandising Manager
• Category Management analysis
• In conjunction with merchandising team, ensuring all promotional timelines are met
Skills & Experience:
• Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the Beauty/Skincare/Cosmetics Industry
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, provide insights & recommendations
• Strong computing skills - advanced knowledge of Excel
• Pro-active mindset, can-do attitude and great cross-functional teamwork skills
• Excellent interpersonal & relationship management skills
• Project management skills & attention to detail
• Self-starter and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the Direct Selling channel an advantage
