About the Role:
Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will be responsible for owning sales data preparation, analysis & interpretation, as well as managing the daily administration of retailers within the corporate accounts.  The role requires high levels of analytical ability, excellent computer (Excel) skills, and the ability to collaborate with all departments, in particular Marketing, Customer Service & Merchandising.

 

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Preparation of sales data for weekly sales meetings and customer strategies
  • Interpreting sales data, & drawing insights to assist with managing accounts
  • Management of retailer requirements, e.g. new line submission process, promotions, product image files, order lifecycle, range forms & price files etc.
  • Managing the administration of the national merchandising program including briefing documents, tester allocations, POS allocation management, store listing maintenance & weekly KPI report
  • Providing Account Management support to the National Business Manager & the National Account Manager across high profile key accounts

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience working as a Account Executive/Coordinator in a cosmetic or retail environment
  • Highly analytical with the ability report, interpret and present insights from sales data
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel & Aztec skills with strong attention to detail
  • High level of customer service & excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Team player with cross functional exposure
  • Experience working in the beauty industry an advantage
