Erica is a senior Marketing professional with 20+ years of beauty marketing experience, successfully driving brand strategy planning and execution at global, regional, and local levels. Regions of expertise include Australia & New Zealand, Asia Pacific, US, Latin America, and Europe. Multi-category background covering Colour Cosmetics, Skincare, Haircare/Hair Colour, AP/Deo with brands including Revlon, CoverGirl, Max Factor, Nutrimetics, Colorsilk, Mitchum.

Our Story

We've been there...

We've been both the candidate, and the hiring manager. We know what it's like to come into the Beauty industry, either straight out of university or from another industry.

We remember trying to learn who's who, what are the important things to know, and the daunting task of deciphering and speaking the 'lingo' unique to the Beauty Industry. As we took each step up the ladder in our careers, we learned a lot: both what to do, and what not to do.

We know what it's like to search for the right candidate to build our teams, and how long it can take to find that right match. We appreciate that on-boarding in the first 3-6 months is critical for both employee and employer, yet it's a time-consuming task in our busy schedules.

What if we could afford to have a recruiter's knowledge and expertise, for placing the junior positions? And even better, what if that recruiter already spoke our language, understood our company's culture, and were already part of the Beauty Industry network? What if they had insider's knowledge of job functions, so they could assist us and our new team member with on-boarding? And what if they could pass on their knowledge to help bring new talent into the Industry? What if?
