Unless otherwise stated, all seminars run from 9.00am to 5.00pm and participants are advised to arrive at 8.45am for registration.
For full-day courses morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea are provided.
Payment, Refunds & Cancellations terms
BeautyConnections Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to postpone a seminar. Where a seminar is postponed, we will contact you to see if you would like us to transfer your registration and your attendance fee to the new date or if you would like a full refund.
You are responsible for any costs associated to your attendance at BeautyConnections Australia Seminars, eg flights and accommodation. Any registration is on the basis that there is a risk that the program will be cancelled or postponed and it is your responsibility to ensure that any bookings you make take this into account.
If a participant is unable to attend and wishes to attend the course at a later date, a credit letter redeemable for a course of equal value, valid for 12 months can be issued, provided that written notice is provided 10 or more working days prior to the course commencement date.
The original credit letter must be produced when applying for another course. The credit letter can only be used once. All monies paid will be forfeited if an applicant cancels a place where a credit letter was used.
Participants may transfer their paid place in a course to another person, provided that written notice is provided 5 or more working days’ prior to the course commencement date.
The materials for BeautyConnections Australia Seminars are for use by the attendees only. The materials are not to be shared, distributed, repurposed, or on-sold in any way.
