Refund Policy

Start times

Unless otherwise stated, all seminars run from 9.00am to 5.00pm and participants are advised to arrive at 8.45am for registration.

Catering

For full-day courses morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea are provided.

Payment, Refunds & Cancellations terms

• Payment should be made at the time of enrolment as places will not be held until payment is received. 
• A full refund will be provided if written notice of cancellation is provided 10 or more working days prior to course commencement date.
• Cancellations received 9 - 6 working days prior to the event will receive a 100% credit against a future training course. No refunds are available.
• Where cancellations are received less than 5 working days prior to the event, no credit and no refund is available.

BeautyConnections Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to postpone a seminar. Where a seminar is postponed, we will contact you to see if you would like us to transfer your registration and your attendance fee to the new date or if you would like a full refund.

You are responsible for any costs associated to your attendance at BeautyConnections Australia Seminars, eg flights and accommodation. Any registration is on the basis that there is a risk that the program will be cancelled or postponed and it is your responsibility to ensure that any bookings you make take this into account.

Credit letters

If a participant is unable to attend and wishes to attend the course at a later date, a credit letter redeemable for a course of equal value, valid for 12 months can be issued, provided that written notice is provided 10 or more working days prior to the course commencement date.

The original credit letter must be produced when applying for another course. The credit letter can only be used once. All monies paid will be forfeited if an applicant cancels a place where a credit letter was used.

Transfers

Participants may transfer their paid place in a course to another person, provided that written notice is provided 5 or more working days’ prior to the course commencement date.

Seminar Materials

The materials for BeautyConnections Australia Seminars are for use by the attendees only.  The materials are not to be shared, distributed, repurposed, or on-sold in any way.

If you have queries or concerns regarding any of the materials presented, you should contact BeautyConnections Australia.

The content provided at the Seminars is relevant at the time of the event and the publication date of any accompanying materials.
