About the Role:
Reporting to the Sales Director, Australia, our client is seeking a passionate, customer focused National Account Manager who will be accountable for developing and executing the Sales Strategy in the Priceline and Chemist Warehouse channels.  You will develop & maintain positive relationships with the objective of working with retail partners to achieve share & sales growth targets.


Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving sales profit, market share & sales growth targets for your Channel.
  • Strategically identifying new opportunities for growth that align with the direction of the brand.
  • Directing, contributing to and executing joint business plans with key customers and channel strategy for all brands in the cosmetics portfolio
  • Maintaining productive and mutually beneficial relationships with Senior Management & Buying Groups of retailer customer base.
  • Maximizing operating Income e.g. case, coop and minimizing returns and markdowns.
  • Accurate forecasting of promotional and basic sales forecasts, including key contribution to the S&OP process.
  • National travel required.


Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ yrs. sales management experience; Prior Account Management of Priceline essential.
  • Proven track record of developing sales strategy and delivering creative & innovative ideas to support business growth & achieving sales targets
  • Ability to deliver an exceptional level of customer service to retail partners.
  • Strong business acumen, financial and analytical skills including budget management.
  • Strong leadership, people engagement to drive a positive and productive team.
  • Ability to understand and interpret sales and marketing data.
  • Highly developed communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • High-level ability to negotiate / problem solve.
