About The Company
Our client is an Australian-owned importer and distributor of high-quality beauty products & equipment, with an exclusive range of well-known brands
, spa, & skincare clinic distribution in Australia.  

About the Role:
This role presents a unique leadership opportunity for the right individual. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving all product training activities for the company. Starting with the creation of a blueprint for the education function, you will then execute, and continue to develop, training programs in line with company & brand strategy.  



Responsibilities Include:

  • Create, co-ordinate and deliver in-field education calendar, programs and webinars
  • Deliver training both internally & externally; e.g. State training & sales teams, Beauty Salon Consultants & Salon Groups.
  • Build strong relationships with all partners; e.g. Brand Owners, Salons, Marketing, Sales.
  • Create and deliver company specific “train the trainer’ program for the sales team. 
  • Act as day-to-day conduit to education functions for all distributed brands 
  • Co-ordinate education content from brand owners and customise for Australian market
  • Create company specific cross-brand education programs (e.g. retail training)
  • Deliver ROI on training
  • Integrate with sales and marketing functions to optimise sales conversion
  • Acts as the ‘face and voice' of the company to deliver product and brand expertise to press and clients
  • Cost management of the education cost centre including travel budget
  • Create relationships with key national education facilities
  • Availability for both National & International travel


Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment essential
  • 3-5 years training experience - beauty salons/cosmetics companies  
  • High energy, engaging, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Highly developed communication & coaching skills
  • Innovative team player with excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Planning, organising & time management skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
